100% Pedro Ximénez (vineyard in Montilla-Moriles – use of wild yeast only for the entire production – 2 years ageing in Solera systeem – Alc: 15°)

Dry Fino Sherry with an intense bouquet of almond, bread dough, toast, dried fruit and herbs. Great flavour intensity on the palate with a tangy citrus note, fresh and vibrant with a slight saltiness on the finish. Serve with the aperitif or with seafood, sushi and sashimi.
