Michel Magnien Morey St Denis ‘Très Girard’ 2015 Biodynamic
€47.00 incl. btw
100% Pinot Noir (parcel “Très Girard” is located under the Premiers Crus “Clos Sorbè” and “Sorbets” – limestone soil with white stones fragmented on the surface – low yieds – natural vinification with wild yeast in amphora – 18 months ageing in amphora and in barriques of two wines)
Beautiful combination of finesse and well mastered concentration. The nose displays intense floral notes, a mix of small red and small black berry fruit, and a subtle spice note. Intense and yet very refined and long in the mouth, with juicy and pure fruit flavors taking the lead. By avoiding the use of new wood Michel Magnien puts the emphasis on pure fruit and terroir expression.
