Blend: 60% Cinsault, 40% Grenache (manual harvest, very low yields: 30hl/ha, no added sulfur, Total SO2 < 10mg/L)

Fruit driven due to the dominance of the Cinsault grape, delightful bouquet of red berry fruit and a hint of spice. Increadibly precise and pure in the mounth, bursting with beautiful fruit, elegant and silky texture, with finesse and freshness thourghout the final. A fantastic natural wine!
